This four-day course is designed to assist in preparing for the Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification exam. Throughout the duration of this course, PMI foundational standards are explored with a focus on quality delivery. This course satisfies the 35-contact hour requirement to sit for the PMP® exam. CAPM® Bootcamp

This four-day course is designed to assist in preparing for the Project Management Institute, Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM)® certification exam. The CAPM® exam is predominantly geared toward developing knowledgeable and productive project team members. This course focuses on sound application principles of the project management discipline. This one-day course focuses on building a strong business case with the proper confidence and mindset. Selling your ideas to create positive impacts to your organization is career enhancing and can assist in projecting your business acumen. Cost: $495

Building a Business Plan

This two-day course is designed as a standalone or follow-on to the Entrepreneurship class. An exploration, familiarization, and importance of a well-structured business plan are discussed. The course culminates with the development of a solid business plan for action. Cost: $850
